Who we are?
We are an engineering firm that provides design services to transportation, automotive, ag/heavy machinery, aerospace, consumer goods and construction industries. Our workforce includes a select group of mechanical, electrical, software and civil engineers. Our offices are located in Houston TX, Monterrey MX and Puerto Rico.
What we do?
We support the product development engineering lifecycle from concept to production implementation by providing high value solutions for our customers through engineering designs of electro-mechanical and civil systems.
Elvin Mendez – Founder of ENGINEERUM, LLC
Elvin earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez and his Master’s of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the Southern Polytechnic State University at Marietta, GA.
Elvin’s professional career includes a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical with Johnson & Johnson, Aerospace with Lockheed Martin and Agricultural machinery with John Deere.
Within these well renown companies, Elvin has served on several individual contributor as well as leadership roles in the areas of Program Management, Manufacturing Equipment Validation and Qualification, Design, Automation, Product Development, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Customer Support, Failure Analysis, Data Management, and Talent Acquisition and Development. Either implementing a product or expanding a business portfolio, his global acumen extends to different countries and cultures, including United States, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Algeria, Argentina and India.
The eagerness on providing value and results, and that, paired up with all the collected technical knowledge, management skills and resources throughout his career, Elvin’s mission is to support building a better world by developing technologies that provides sustainable shelter, food and safety.
